Please be at rides 1/2 hour early to get signed in please.
If you need a day membership it's $15 pp , please bring the right change.... Otherwise bring plenty water and sunscreen.

Race Co-ordinators
Please note race co-ordinators should:
1) Notify bike shops of the event at least 1 month prior.
FLYERS SHOULD HAVE THE ROCKWHEELERS LOGO AND CONTACT DETAILS.
Notify the web site co-ordinator if any details have changed from the calendar posted.
2) Co-ordinate track preparation so the course is well marked and rideable on the day.
THE CLUB WILL SUPPLY ARROWS, PINK TAPE AND STAPLE GUN.
3) Notify competition secretary of the event details. COMPETITION SECRETARY WILL CO-ORDINATE RACE NUMBERS, NOMINATIONS, LICENSES ETC .
4) Ensure water, shade, first aid and if appropriate food is available on race day.
5) Co-ordinate cleanup of the race site after the event. HAVE A RIDER SWEEP THE COURSE AND TAKE DOWN ALL ARROWS TAPE ETC.
6) IT IS UP TO THE RACE CO-ORDINATORS TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS IN PLACE FOR THE EVENT. A well run event is a pleasure to ride!.
